ABOUT Very Berry Cafe
THANKS FOR VISITING OUR SITE
Authentic American-style cafe restaurants that make you feel as if you were in America.
American-sized cakes, smoothies, milkshakes, acai bowls, unique and tasty soft pancakes, and hamburgers: all are made in American style.
Our building in Kawaramachi Nijo is a traditional Japanese merchant house built more than 100 years ago. However, the inside has been remodeled to American style. Whatever you look at is uniquely attractive to your eyes.
Our Kitashirakawa shop has an antique atmosphere that reminds you of Oahu North Shore. In the neighborhood are many sightseeing spots, such as Shisendo Temple and Shugakuin Rikyu.
At our Nijo shop, close to Kyoto Imperial Palace, 3D birthday cakes are very popular.

BABY SERVICE
[Happy news for mothers with a baby or a newborn infant]
1. Mini-sized juice is served at ¥250 for children under the age of four.
2. Completely non-smoking
3. The second floor is available for seat reservation or holding parties.
4. Our Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor is highly recommended (as a private room or for a family with children).
It accommodates up to 16 people. More than two adults are needed for booking.
* You don’t have to worry about other customers here. Enjoy a comfortable private space.
Pregnant women or mothers with young children are welcome.

There are menu options for kids aged 4 and under.

ABOUT 3D CAKE
[Notes about 3D cake]
Please note about ordering 3D cakes.
3D cakes are cakes that use sponge, fruit, and high milk fat cream.
No marzipan, butter cream, icing, or sugar art is used at all.
Almost any theme you like can be made into a 3D cake but there are some rules about 3D-cake themes.
Unacceptable themes: Human figures, portraits (comical ones OK,) floating images, sexual expressions, and so on
Acceptable themes: Non-human characters, letters, team logos, vehicles, landscapes, and so on
Examples: Animated characters such as Rapunzel, Cinderella, and Woody of Toy Story are unacceptable.
Two themes in one cake is unacceptable. It takes too much time and labor. In addition, there is a problem with size.
We can make Ariel, Barbie, or Cinderella 3D cakes by using a doll. Please provide us with your own doll (except Barbie).

Minimum size (for 2 - 3 people) : ¥4,500 - ¥5,500
